CarbonContracts Training:
Climate Focus works with Carbonflow to provide a range of contract training courses on
including specific training courses on legal issues and legal/contract data processing. This training course is targeted at inhouse legal staff working with CarbonContracts software. It will enable participants to understand the software functionalities of CarbonContracts in a legal contexts. Best practice for the translation of contractual documents into terms, conditions and tasks into the software will be explained using real contract examples. These course may be delivered online or onsite at locations agreed with Carbonflow clients.
CarbonContracts Implementation Support:
Using CarbonContracts effectively requires detailed and nuanced understanding of the provisions of carbon sales, service and related agreements in order that the correct information is placed in the software in the correct manner. Due to the complexity and
specificity of these agreements, non-lawyers or lawyers with limited experience in carbon offsetting may have significant difficulties in ensuring sufficiently accurate interpretations of their provisions to ensure optimal use.
Climate Focus offers their extensive experience and expertise in carbon contracts to assist Carbonflow’s clients in maximising their use of CarbonContracts. Climate Focus can analyse individual agreements and enter the relevant information in the client’s CarbonContracts account in a manner that reflects all the intricacies and nuances of the agreement and ensures both ease of use and optimisation of the client’s position vis à vis the other parties to the agreements.
