Carbonflow employs some of the most advanced technology for Internet security available today, and uses robust security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and help ensure the appropriate use of your data. When you access our service using Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later, Firefox version 2.0 or later, or Safari version 3.0 or later, Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology protects your data using both server authentication and data encryption. These technologies help ensure that your data is safe, secure, and only available to you and other users to whom you have granted access. Your data is invisible and inaccessible to other users.
Each time you log into the Service, you must enter your email address and password. Carbonflow issues a session cookie containing an encrypted identifier to uniquely identify you whilst you are logged into the Service and to process your online transactions and requests. The cookie becomes invalid when you log out and is deleted when you close your browser. Carbonflow is especially careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in cookies. The Service never stores user identifiers or passwords in cookies, instead we implement an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifiers.
Carbonflow hosts its Service and web sites in a secure server environment that uses firewalls and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
Because Carbonflow uses the Service to maintain data about Carbonflow users, this information is secured in the same manner as described above for your data.
