Training Agreement

Carbonflow provides video training modules for Connect+ online free of charge, accessible to all registered Carbonflow users. Carbonflow and Client may agree to hold additional trainings, web based or through other means, for Connect+ or other Carbonflow products under a Training Agreement.

Statement of Work Agreement

Client may reserve the right to request additional development work with regards to any of Carbonflow’s products. This includes, but is not limited to; organisation-specific product functionalities and design, additional product language requests and product document/communication permissions. Client development requests to be reviewed by Carbonflow and discussed on a case by case basis. All development work and associated costs shall be mutually agreed upon by Carbonflow and said client. Development work shall, in addition, be completed under a Statement of Work Agreement.

Storage Limits

Each project in Connect+ has free data/document storage up to a maximum of 2GB, which is approximately 20 times the average size required by e.g. a CDM project. In the event that the data storage used exceeds this amount, for any reason, Carbonflow reserves the right to charge for additional storage usage. This is mainly a provision to prevent fraudulent use of Carbonflow server space.
